If we have the money on our account, we will try to ship as soon as possible. Please note that if you transfer money through the bank, this does not mean that it is credited to us immediately.
If you buy at our webshop, or on eBay, you usually pay for a product immediately.
We try to send as much as possible before mailing. In the fastest case you will pay, and will be credited to the same day on our account. That may be possible if you have the same bank, using credit card or PayPal. Processing time is under normal circumstances 0-6 days for AudioFriends.
10b. Why does Audiofriends not ship the goods using cash on delivery?
The option of cash on delivery does not offer more reliability to our customers (for instance, I could put a sausage in the package). However, it makes a big difference to us. People sometimes change their mind and furthermore, cash on delivery shipments are very expensive at PostNL.
